Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for Grace Haven Living, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Valid Identification
Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID
Proof of Income
Must provide verification of income
Stable Income Source
Must have a steady source of income (employment, SSI, disability, or other verified income)
Ability to Live Independently
Must be able to manage daily personal needs with minimal assistance
Shared Living Environment
Must be willing to share a room and respectfully coexist in shared living spaces
Program Rules & Structure
Must be willing and able to follow all program rules, guidelines, and expectations
Substance-Free Requirement
Must be drug-free and alcohol-free at the time of application and throughout residency
Medication Compliance (if applicable)
If prescribed medication, must take all medications as directed by a licensed physician
Important Notice
Meeting the above requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All applications are reviewed based on readiness, safety, and availability.
Payment details
Grace Haven Living is a private-pay housing and support program. All residents are responsible for maintaining consistent and timely payments according to their agreed terms.

We accept a variety of verified income sources, including:
- Employment income (paychecks / wages)
- SSI / SSDI benefits
- Disability income
- Retirement or fixed income
- Family or third-party support (if applicable)
Accepted Payment Methods
For convenience, we accept multiple payment options:
- Cash
- Debit / Credit Card
- Online payments (Cash App, Zelle, or approved platforms)
- Automatic recurring monthly payments
Payment Schedule
- Payments are due on a monthly basis
- Payment dates are outlined in each resident’s agreement
- Timely payment is required to maintain participation in the program
- Late or missed payments may impact continued residency
